1. Realistic contracts. You're not keeping that 24 y/o 89 ovr LB for 4M a season.
2. Better free agency logic. Have some more more variables going into decisions like playing time, location, substantial $$$ offer, WR going to a place where there's an actual QB and not someone like Ryan Pantyhill.
3. Realistic XP achievements and more XP categories. Rookie QBs shouldn't have 30 TD expectations or 4th rd RB with a 1200 yard expectation with an entrenched started in front on DC.

why stop at 3
bring back match-up DBs, LBS vs WRs, TEs
bring back double Z and double X play calls on Defense ( and make players play like they know they are doubling receiver)
If u shade inside/outside, defensive player should actually play with inside/outside leverage
Lower rated rookie qbs or less high rated rookie qbs
add Practice squad (not going to happen)
stop having Eli Manning retire after 1 franchise season
