Who knows how it will change next madden with the owner's level of play.  This Madden is all about having a great first year and riding it out or struggling to build up confidence.

maybe you are right but if you are only 'pretty sure' than perhaps not.  Allow me to ellaborate in two syllables or less...  it would be more appropriate to align the divisions in a matter more approximate to skill levels of the individual user.   going by your rankings it would look something like this

I like the idea of putting players in tiers and then divisions. Then letting them pick the teams within the division.  I think it would make for great competition.  Imo.

I haven't played everyone yet but I like bundy idea.
Some of these divisions extremely lop sided.
