Well that's really flippin annoying. Never saw anything posted about year 2 fa going on. Asked in chat a couple times last night, but nobody seemed to know. I was waiting for a thread to start or something to be added to the homepage header. Next time can we please not assume that if something is stated in chat at some point that everybody will automatically find it out.

I fell asleep after draft and didn't post yesterday,was unexpectantly busy most of day.

But really header said no signing unless bidding.

Also Guess I assumed since I had bids in pm for FA that Rest of league knew that FA was going on.esp since I changed nothing on how we've done it for 6 of last 7 madden seasons.

If no one else answered you question it woulda been really easy to text tweet or pm me asking.

My mistake was assuming since I got busy people understood,or had a question they would find a way to ask me.

This is our first offseason in M16, so I guess I don't like to "assume" anything. I'm not the only one who didn't know that bidding was going on. Most other seasons I believe there's been a post. You're saying it would be simple to seek you out, but is it simpler for one person to post two sentences or 32 people to text or tweet the one?

Edit: I thought the header was just telling people not to sign FA until we did the bidding on them. Not sure that the sentence is an obvious indicator that we are immediately bidding.

You didn't see or response to my other PM yesterday evening, so I assumed you were busy. I seeked out others in the chat instead, and none of them seemed to know what was going on with free agency. I made the mistake of thinking that bidding must not be starting until week pre-season week 2.

This argument is silly. Not like there was ridiculous crop of studs in FA. I get that sometimes real life comes first, and that we are always expecting you to do alot for us. I wasn't trying to be insulting with that first post. I just wanted to emphasize the fact that with 32 moving parts communication is really important. When I happened to be one of those parts left in the dark, missing out made me irritated.

Reason I didn't respond to your pm is you fixed the problem yourself from what i saw,didn't require a response.

Yeah I hear ya. I'm not blameless. I also made wrong assumptions, and should have realized that I was overlooking something. Just woke to Bizzy's text asking why I didn't bid in FA, and it made me grumpy.
