non Playoffs get 5
Playoff teams get 4
tie goes to team with higher pick
example Bucs could bid
6 on Aldon
or 3 on Welker 3 on Freeney
or 1 on 6 differnt players

Basically as it says we Draft the free agent based on Draft order
Example
1.Bucs-Aldon
2.Titans-Evan Mathis
No Signing
as it state no signing top free agents just fillers/injury replacements

Make players worse-from what I've seen there are alot of player in Free Agents above a 75 making them overpowered,so I would lower there skill level before we start
Any Free Agent signed Can't be Resigned
This would make it so anyone won by our bidding system or draft wouldn't be able to resign,so everyone would had opp to bid for them in offseason(you could resign in that free agent period where everyone bids on them)
