My argument for custom playbooks is it will create variety. If someone is running the same plays over and over, they are breaking the rules regardless if its custom book or not.

If anything, can we maybe think about allowing it on one side of the ball? Im thinking more for defense. Over time you may develop and draft players that can fit different schemes. The ability of custom books on D would allow users to have 34,43 sets, swapping in different personnel.
