I know some people will hate this, but I think its an important part of our franchise that we do not allow trading of rookies the 1st season. Rarely is this done in real life so I'd like to see us continue with this approach.Â

I'm really torn on this. Â I hate wen ppl miss the draft and get stuck with players that their team does not need. Â I got hit with 2vqbs when I missed the draft. Â After I traded for a young qb. But we don't want ppl picking players just to trade them either.

bizzy makes a good point. Â Another example that i experienced last season is taking a WR in the 1st round then another in the 6th or 7th that had better attributes than the 1st rounder. Â Late pick outperformed top pick. Â I would of liked to be able to move 1st rounder immediately.
But i still voted NO if the player is good enough to be on your roster u can keep him for a season before trading him and u always have the option to cut him if he isn't valuable to you.
