i'm sorry, i got nothing to add.  i feel like a bunch of this is my fault for bitching for balanced divisions last year, but let me be honest.  they pretty much were.  how many teams from last season didn't make the playoffs at least once?  it was like 3 or 4.  I think we are making this a lot harder than it needs to be, and causing undo amounts of stress and work.

My vote, my opinion, is we kind of do a version of Lethal's draft.  OV sets up the draft order, any way he feels like it, because he is commish, and he gets first pick. After that we move on.  The next person on the list has 24 hours to pick his team or gets skipped.  This will be done in no more than 32 days.  If it comes to my pick, and I see that DP and DC have both picked teams in the AFC South, and I pick a team in the AFC South, then it is my own damn fault, and can't complain.

We all had to submit 3 teams we wanted to be (except SP and Rude, they are the Bills/Colts).  I'd be willing to bet 1 of 3 teams would still be available.  If not, oh well.

I dont think that new guys should be getting their pick of teams anyway.  Here's what we have left.  If you stick around a few years, or if previous owners agree, you might get your team. Bizzy/Lethal, Me/Van, DC/OV, Tosh/BZZ have all shown that we'd be willing to give up "our" team to help another guy out who wants to use them.  You just have to bide your time.

Well if we do the draft based that is suggested, i know its only two spots but I've been in the league longer than noexult and marty and i joined at the same time but i think I'm a little more active and he hasn't even been around to tell us he is playing his year yet
