    I thought Id help out ovf and the league by putting together a GENERAL forecast 
    of team selection. I think its a good start - not everyone will be happy I understand. 

    I took team selection and balance of power into account mostly. 

    Pls give feedback.

    My biggest concern after going back and looking it over is that we have 4 ppl in the afc west that don't use chat or the site very much. But the divs look pretty good.
