Position Changes year 1 M16

I run the hybrid 4-3 / 3-4.  I swap out during games.

I guess any 3-4 OLB w/ past DE experience on my team would want to play DE in 4-3.

My 4-3 DEs to play OLB in 3-4.

Please advise as I have a game tonight.

I would like to move the legend John Abraham back to DE for his final year in  the nfl

Would like to move G Cam Erving to RT... Oline are moved all the time in real life, with Schwartz contract up, it's time for this first rounder to move into full time role

I have been informed that I could move players along the oline without issue. I want to move M. Pouncey to OT from C. And B. Turner from OG to OT.

IMO T can move to G, G to C or T, C to G That should be it.

I read this wrong and moved pouncey to OT. I will adjust him back to a guard and move Turner to OT. He is the guard.

So only can't move from C to T or T to C?

I would like to move OL Chris Chester to TE... I would like to have a guy i can put in for short yardage... Chester played TE 3 years at Oklahoma, he has some catching stats and in 70s for speed.  I am not trying to exploit AI, just want to have a guy that is a TE i can sub in to block instead of using an O-lineman...im pretty sure people won't be afraid of exploiting mismatches in the secondary!

I want to Change 3-4 OLB Brooks Reed to a 4-3 DE..... Only way he fits in my scheme and noone wants him in trade.

May I move DE Randy starks to DT? He is a career DT and was just moved to DE this season IRL. 

May I move OLB Anthony Chickilo to DE? He was a rookie drafted by PIT and was a career DE in MIA in college.
