OV Top 5 overused gameplay

1.Zone Defense-Mainly Cover 3 or Cover 4,too many people getting complacent calling the same D over and over,and the only man play some call is cover 2

2.0-1 Trap/Counter Runs-the 2 most popular run plays I've seen

3.Drag Routes-been seeing more and more of these latley,not sure if it's because people are so used to play zone and it the safest route or what.

4.Multiple Screens on Key Drives-I havn't seen this much more heard about

5.3 TE set

I think the drag routes are a direct result of defenses running Cover 3 or Cover 4 all game.

3 TE sets are becoming my absolute most hated set. Not only is it damn near impossible to cover TE's this game, but now there are 3 of them. Yes 3 TE sets are fine in 1st and 10 or 2nd and short situations, or by the goalline, but anytime someone runs a 3 TE set on anything more than 3rd and 3, it is cheese, super cheese.

Oh and I agree with #3 for sure, but that's what guys have to run when all you see is zone coverage all game.

Drag / slants come from heavy zone for sure. Why throw deep right into the gameplan of the defense if they stay in the same zones?

3 TE Sets... just get my TE you will only need one.

Trap/Counter... I don't see many counters and don't remember the blocking being above average on them. But Trap/Power... anything with a pulling guard seems to be money in the bank. I have played games to where out of 20 runs maybe 5-6 were dives, counters, draws, or tosses. The rest were trap/power runs.

Have not seen a lot of screens. But if guys are protecting over the top coverage late, better know the a good strat is to hit them short. I play in the AFC East... I have two good sim players in my division, so I don't see a lot of this in my division.

Bizzy was eating my man up, but it kept coming and got a Defensive TD. The point is... have fun with the game. We don't get shit for winning, no extra respect in life, so why only use the money shit. It's not like you were in practice and found a great new play. Most of those guys find the shit online or in a lobby game and think their great in sim leagues using it.

Only issue I have seen is zone usage.

I actually find man to man more powerful.

Only played the first half of that game. Any TD's thrown after the 1st half were super Simmed by hitting "sim to end".

Yours on the other hand was full game played, you knowingly throwing for 6 TD's. Glad to see you acting like a commish, better late than never?
