If you sign a player you must drop a player.
Post both overalls, positions and the week that you've signed/dropped. This will be monitored.
If you place a player on IR you may sign a player.
DO NOT SIGN ANY PLAYERS FROM FREE AGENCY WITHOUT POSTING THE TRANSACTION HERE.

Chargers
Signed: QB Colt Brennan, 56 ovr
Dropped: QB Jake Delhomme, 69 ovr
