Examples of Bids are as Followed
Bills Bid 6 points on Richard Seymour
Bills Bid 3 Points on Micheal Turner 3 points on Thomas Howard 
or Bills Bid 5 on Seymour 1 on Aaron Maybin

Points Carry into season and will award at each advance,if out of points during season only time you can sign someone is with a injury Claim,Players will be awarded at advances

In Result 2 teams tie on bid,each team will be givin a chance to increase the bid,f neither can it will go to the worse ovr team/owner
