While I like Relocation offline I think we should be against it for atleast the 1st couple years in here, maybe as a late thing to re-up some interest for a guy getting tired of his team but not at start

On Stadiums I'm conflited to be honest,Where I want to build a dome and think I should be able to,not sure I want everyone building new places esp since there only 10 types to choose between

Both should be allowed. 100%. There will be more than enough ppl that wont dare move their team or rebuild the stadium for us not to worry about redundancy. I for one will not touch it. Now i do like your idea of only allowing it late in the year. Myabe around Christmas time or so. to kinda recharge the batteries for some.

    Good question.

I like the idea of building new stadiums. Maybe wait for moving cities til after season 2 or later like you guys suggested.

Originally against it mainly because (with the exception of the Jags, Vikings, maybe Rams) NFL teams just do not move. Only one team in the last 20 years has moved. But after a few seasons, and if it was subject to some type of committee approval I think it would be alright. My gripe is some teams will never move aka steelers, packers, patriots, redskins, cowboys etc this list goes on and on. Enough coaches in here have tenure though to where it would police itself I think. I don't see an unrealistic move happening with the guys we have in here. Mexico City Raiders (ugh)

That being said I think that new stadiums are fine, not sure what kind of problems it would cause.

Just hope relocating a team doesn't introduce a slew of bugs into the franchise

Maybe if you limited new stadiums to venues that are 20+ years old or something along those lines

Im for it I love the idea. Give control to the owners. Its their team at the end of the day. Its not changing how we play the game or making super rosters. Its business on the owner mode standpoint. Sucks if you arent making money where you are but you cant move because a committee says you cant. You are failing your franchise. The reason for owner mode is to make descisions like this. See where im coming from?

One team lost money last year and the Lions are in no danger of leaving Detroit.

Don't see how you can commit a few people to trades but won't do the same for a team move?

I do not know the downside, therefore do not feel as if I can give anything compelling to the argument.  Now I do not think I would touch my stadium or move the team at all, but do not think I have not thought about bringing the Cardinals back to chicago, haha

I think the fact it's a new feature in the game is more reason to allow it. I only do online leagues and would hate to not be able to use the franchise mode to full extent

only way we shouldnt allow it, is if it creates a bug or glitch. other wise it doesnt impact any of the ppl that dont want it. And i say this knowing i will never move the Phins or build a new stadium.
