Bears Trade:
HB Matt Forte, 29 years old, 91ovr
WR Vincent Jackson, 32 years old, 92ovr
CB Shareece Wright, 28years old 75ovr (86mcv, 86zcv, 80prc, 80prs)
Vikings Send:
MLB Williams, 21 years old, 82ovr
DE Jared Allen, 33 years old, 96ovr
1st Round Pick (4th overall)
Rationale:
The trade makes sense for a series of reasons. The Vikings owner adds Matt Forte (one of the best hbs in the entire league attribute wise) due to a previous owner trading away AP to help balance his passing attack. The Vikings also recieve a legit wide out to put across from Bowe, which now makes Percy Harvin move into a more natural slot position and instantly becomes the deadliest slow WR in the NFL. Whereas Wright provides instant help becoming the Vikings best cover CB on the roster in terms of skillset (dont let the overall fool you)! Therefore, the Vikings get three starters while giving the Bears an again DE that would have otherwise been a cap casuality. The Bears also obtain a 4th overall pick in the draft, and with the thinnest draft in a long time the Vikings had no use for this pick being they wanted to add players at positions that just were not there at number 4 and instead add three starters. The Bears also obtain much coveted rookie standout from last season MLB Williams, although again the new regime is scoffing at Herbs abilities, and was moving in a different direction at MLB anyhow and was going to look into giving Sharpton the job.
