What is up, Madden Nation!!??!
This is your home-girl, Hope Bromley, broadcasting LIVE and DIRECT from the Tiburon Office Hot Tub.
Dang. It's been a WILD offseason at the "Tib." Gamers really don't appreciate the fact that once Madden drops, there's really only 48 weeks left before we have to start work on the next release. Sure there's the beta that drops like 2 months before launch, but that really only has the stuff we could've included in the previous release if we gave a damn.
In the eleven months where we're really doing nothing productive, there's a lot of work trying to come up with gimmicks to sell the NEXT BIG FEATURE. The Cover Bracket was my baby of course. March Madness is huge here since we've got nothing better to do. It was pretty obvious that we could sell copies just by convincing the general public that we listened to their opinion. Cleveland was always a big target market for us, so some Brown was going to be on the cover. It came down to a coin flip as to whether we were going to put Peyton Hillis or the Dawg Pound in the bracket.
I'm glad Peyton won. He's such a sweetheart. He reminds me a lot of my cousin Elbert (actually, he makes the same "WOOOOOO, Doggie!!!" when he blows his load just like my cousin).
Anyway, when I'm not dreaming up the next gimmick, I'm busy in the Tib gym working on my spiral. Donny says I'm crazy and I'll never make the Tampa Bay Storm, but I got made game, which is why I'M IN THE GAME. lolol
As another season of free agency approaches your online franchises, don't forget to SPEND BIG ON HOPE.
