    Currently, out fourth down rules are as follows....

    Going on 4th Down:
    - Down by 20 or more after the start of the 4th quarter
    - Down by two scores or more inside of 5 min in the 4th quarter
    - Down by any amount inside of 3 minutes in the 4th quarter
    - Please use good judgment.

    I would like to see a modification which I feel is in the best interest of play.

    - Inside your opponents 40 yard line with 4th and inches to go
